Air Liquide offers a competitive benefits package built to provide our eligible employees and their dependents with the coverage and resources they need to support their physical and financial well-being.

The Air Liquide benefits enrollment process is designed to be straightforward and easy to understand. We want you to be aware of your benefit options and have access to information and tools to help you make the right benefit decisions for you and your family.

Eligible Employees

You are eligible to enroll in benefit plans if you are a regular full-time employee who is scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week.


Eligible dependents include:

  • Your legal spouse, same-sex domestic partner or common law spouse. You must provide an affidavit to enroll your same-sex domestic partner or common-law spouse.
  • Your child(ren) under the age of 26, regardless of student status, marital status, residence, employment status or financial dependence.
  • Your unmarried child(ren), age 26 or older, who are dependent on you for support as a result of a physical or mental handicap, or disability due to a serious injury or illness.

Enrollment Process

As a new benefits-eligible Air Liquide employee, you have 31 days from your date of hire to enroll in benefits. If you don’t make your enrollment elections by the deadline, you’ll receive default coverage, which is:

Once your enrollment period ends, your elections will remain effective for the remainder of the plan year (January through December) unless you experience a qualified life event. Each year, you may make changes to your elections for the coming plan year during the annual open enrollment period in the fall.

Steps to Enroll

Follow these three steps to make the most of your benefits enrollment period.

1. Explore

Visit the Air Liquide Health Benefits Center to review Air Liquide’s current benefit offerings and use our online tools and calculators to determine your needs for the upcoming year.

2. Evaluate

Read through your enrollment materials and evaluate your options and the needs of you and your family.

3. Enroll

To enroll in your 2022 benefits, visit Log in by entering your username and password. After logging in, select “Enroll Now” and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the election process and submit your 2022 benefit elections.

Making Benefit Changes During the Year

You may change your enrollment elections during the plan year if you have a life event, such as marriage, divorce, birth of a child, etc. For more information, visit the Life Events section at
