ALLEX Program

Air Liquide Leading Excellence

The ALLEX Program is an 18-month rotational training and development program designed to introduce recent college graduates to all facets of Air Liquide early in their careers. Participants work within different entities of Air Liquide to develop their knowledge and skills while building a strong network with people at all levels of the company. Over the course of the program, participants learn about Air Liquide corporate identity and culture.

Joining the ALLEX Team

Air Liquide recruits students during their sophomore and junior years for summer internships. High-performing interns are given offers to join the ALLEX Program upon graduation. Air Liquide also recruits students during their senior year. Students pursuing the following majors are recruited for summer internships and the ALLEX Program:

• Engineering (mechanical, chemical, electrical, and industrial)
• Supply Chain Management
• Accounting and Finance
• Health, Safety and Environment
• Human Resources
