Choose to Move Challenge:

Regular physical activity improves your overall health. Log in at assethealth.com/airliquide to participate in the six-week Choose to Move Challenge to move more throughout your day!
Your goal is to record 120 minutes of physical activity each week throughout the challenge. There’s no limit to how much activity you record each day, but you must log activity for at least four days per week. You will earn 50 Above & Beyond points for completing the challenge.
The challenge ends May 12. You will have until May 19 to report your activity. Reporting is available on your desktop or mobile device.
