Air Liquide North America observes seven paid holidays per calendar year for salaried and hourly employees.
In addition to the holidays provided, Salaried, non-exempt and non-union hourly employees are eligible to earn three (3) floating holidays for a total of ten paid holidays per year. The floating holidays may be used at the discretion of the employee with the approval of their supervisor and may vary by location based on operational needs. Check with your supervisor for the holiday schedule that applies to you. Unless prohibited by law, floating holidays must be used in the calendar year they are earned, as they cannot be carried forward, and unused floating holidays are not paid upon separation.
New employees: Eligible employees hired prior to May 1 will receive three (3) floating holidays. Eligible employees hired on or after May 1, but before September 1, will receive two (2) floating holidays. Any eligible employees hired on, or after September 1 will receive one (1) floating holiday.
